A COC (Chain of Custody) is required on every ballot to make it auditable. My understanding is the Feds have control over the "Federal Voting" process and since every state wants to vote in the Presidential election, the States will have to comply, at least with Federal elections.

POTUS has them.

I believe it was either John Sullivan, Sydney Powell, or someone like them said that about the 2020 ballots.... so they couldn't be counterfeited. 😉
