It's horrible to watch a documentary and just leave with more questions. Was the Mandalay Bay concert shooting a war between the military and the deep staters with citizens in the cross fire?

At least the bad guys lost. Those who lost loved ones can know that the culprit (al Waleed) was taken out and the entire deep state was substantially set back as a result.
