That's the invaders from CCP, but you also got the big tech and those in the spying. I was in the west coast and Boardman OR full of cows and sagebrush. Then all these IP addresses showing up on my website from there so I send my family member to take a drive. I know it's not an area where you have tons of infrastructure and people to support this.
