WOW TOO FUNNY!. He actually is worried about those Poor Untrained National Guard being sent to Chicago! Says a lot about Chicago.

Right... so I guess we send in the Marines? Also... he mentions Miranda Rights... he's very afraid those won't he read... he knows what's coming and knows he can't stop it. He's been told to read something that attempts to frame Trump as a crazy tyrant whose using people for power. Completely steers the focus off his crime ridden hell hole and offers no solution to bring peace.
