It's a fact that women are inept in men's jobs, because they prefer their fantasy world where they virtue signal instead of cold rationality.
You can even see it in how women vote, to give free money to everyone, just because they want the social clout and validation. After all we never saw a woman's life being ruined for being inept because it is seen as "cruel" to make them accountable.
Broad generalizations. I want everyone held accountable, no matter what position they hold.
It's a valid generalization if it applies to at least 51% of the cases.
Generalizations are useful, imagine having a wasp's nest in your house, 3 wasps sting you. Are you going to leave the wasp's nest in your home or would you take it down? You won't say "but not all wasps stung me!" right? You will just remove it.
