This is exactly what the USA needs to eliminate the Weak 'liberal/communist' influence on Crime. 'Civilization' is Not allowing the Criminal to be treated nicely (obama), Civilization is Enforcing THE LAW so the brain dead criminals are forced to follow OUR Laws, or go to prison.
