oh, i do recall all of the Jade Helm stuff...Gov Abbott slammed it at the time, and was ridiculed for that, but i do believe it was part of the plan, somehow, or the "anti-plan"...at the time, everybody who talked about it was ridiculed, including Chuck Norris, who lives in TX too...
