Good luck, this will face immediate judicial scrutiny from states, who are empowered to run elections. Until we have the electoral extermination of the Democratic Party, and get more republican governors and state legislatures, or a supermajority in congress, it isn’t going to change any time soon. Don’t get me wrong, I’m on board with it, but this will be a constitutional challenge.
