I don't believe this because it seems the only people not reproducing are the ones who have sense enough to consider stable relationships and the financial ramifications of bringing a child into the world.

It's the ones who intend to let the government foot the bill that have many offspring. If blue light were such a deterrent it should be affecting all men and not just those with intelligence enough to realize that children need stability and financial support.

That scientist needs to look at the big picture instead of his small test sampling.
