The UK government has not disarmed the people since this government came to power in 2024.
The only people with guns in the UK are the armed forces, the police and criminals, plus a few farmers etc with shotguns.
It is very tightly controlled - save for the criminals - matter, there is not right to carry/bear/own arms and it has been this way since the Firearms Act of 1920.
