This is the state and local government corruption angle. Property taxes fund the schools which have a never ending appetite for money. Education should be funded by those with children to educate. . .not the entire population. Even those who home school, which excels for the students, are taxed as well as the Seniors on fixed incomes. Locally we have a failed real estate development which the board more than dabbled in, a toxic landfill issue requiring remediation and a Cherry of a brand new school vacating two older facilities to go along with a 16.0% increase on top of past increases.

It's ridiculous they can just arbitrarily and endlessly keep increasing how much of our money they can take.
