Why would the head of a government agency have to stoop so low as to fire these people? It should have been done by their immediate supervisors and HR. All she should ever know about these firings should be a short statement in her daily briefings. This is why nothing ever gets done in the government. If our nominated heads have to micromanage their people on so small a level, NOTHING will ever get done. There simply isn't enough time in the day.
