Along that line of thinking…a book to add to the reading queue…
BOSTON'S GUN BIBLE
In case you've been wondering, Boston has been writing very hard and recently completed the expanded revision of his acclaimed Boston's Gun Bible. It contains 10 new chapters and over 200 pages of new material. It is now a whopping 848 pages! Here are a few of the new chapters:
Rating the Battle Rifles
M1/M14 (M1A)
FAL
HK91
Rating the Battle Carbines
The AK74
Combat Rifle Optics
How To Become A Rifleman
Reloading, Zeroing, Shooting, Cleaning, & Caching
He’s got some opinions but then again don’t we all…
Science of Mind is pretty amazing. As a recovering Roman Catholic and a mechanical engineer the RC thing didn’t make sense as I got older growing up. Then blend the science with the universe energy, laws of thermodynamics, etc and Ernest Holmes teachings came into my life. Things started clicking. It’s worth a look to see if it works for you.
You’re the first to ever mention where Henry originated. It’s definitely one to read. Historical fiction on how the 2nd has been abused the past 100 years and how to make it great again.
Unintended Consequences by John Ross…banned in Canada so you k ow it has to be good. Can be found online as a pdf for free. Is no longer in print. Hard copies go for up to $200 I’d you can find it. My neighbor loaned it to me under threat of bodily harm if I didn’t return it.
Reminds me, Kurt Schlichter’s book ‘The Attack’ is very relevant these days and to be added to the list. Fast easy read…about how muslims have been working with the cartels to import fighters, firearms, grenade launchers, and other weapons and their plan to jihad the USA. It’s quite frightening as to the currency of the book with events of the past 5 years…fighting age men…cartels smuggling everything. Ukraine donations finding their way back to North America. Etc etc.
The last 1/3 of the book talks about how to counteract their attacks. The first 2/3 is frightening as to how effective it could be in todays USA…brilliant actually.
Didn't know it was banned in Canada, I'll look and see if I still have my copy. I bought it at the tattered cover if I remember right. My brother recommended it to me when I visited him. Before e- books I used to go their on every visit to Denver.

Looks like a good one. I will look for a e- version.
Your user name comes from a good book as well.
Unintended consequences. IIRC I would add that one to the list.

I’ve seen them beyond $200 on eBay and other sites…it’s a valuable classic. And being banned in canadaistan makes it even more valuable.
