Punish the employers and nobody will het hired. Cut off all.money going south amd the drug pushers will have a dilemna that will make it easier to catch them. Use the death penalty for murder and rape. If rhey can not benefit from being hwre theyll go somewhere else. Also, any state allowing it will have their leadership prosecuted for it.
