"Dual component" (or more) is a common theme in their plans to degrade us. Food ingredients, election fraud, environmental degradation, nanotech, you name it. If anything gets taken to the courts or media, it instantly gets pooh-poohed as " that alone wouldn't do it", and if you make the connection with another process, then it's "now you're just being a conspiracy theorist (but note we didn't tell you you were correct!)".
