Rand Paul wants due process for cartel members.

Should we do that in all wars? Should we have tried every single Japanese, German, ... solider and bring them back to the US and put them on trial?

The US courts don't have jurisdiction. Is Rand Paul part of the judiciary overthrow of the office of the president?
