I have a question for those concerned about the "constitutionality" of the boat strike. If that boat were to contain a nuclear weapon and they were approaching our coast, how would you feel if it were taken out before it got closer? Would you think, well, in that case it's justified or would you think, it wouldn't matter because it's still UC?
