I am sure a piece of damn paper is not going to fix it. When I was working with the Judicial before, judges were attorneys or police officers for many years. They learned their trades before being promoted.
They do not grab Tom Dick and Harry off the street frying chicken nuggets to be a judge.
I just sat through a civil hearing with a magistrate who in part of yhe barr. The main judge who is responible for the magistrate manages 8 courts. This dimwit threatened contempt of court for a person refusing to sign a court affadivit he did not agree with. He claimed his 4th amendment right to be secure in his papers and showed cause as the person trying tonget the financial information the court was ordering already forged his name twice and is under active investigation by tje state. The top judge already had ruled that his not signing did not rise to contempt. All in the judges brief that the dimwit simply didnt read. Screamed at the respondent, completely lost control of her court. The big judge overruled her contempt attempt again. The lady took it personal that a man stood his ground on his rights. All the qualifications in the world cant fix that. I didnt mean to be so harsh but i had just gone through that experience. Apologies.
