Same straight nose, and same self-important pout. If it is him, the extreme narcissism explains his actions. Imagine the burning fury.

Psychopaths like that, do feel emotion sometimes (most of the time they manage to shut them off), but the experience of emotion, when it escapes their mask because it is so intense, consumes them, and they will do anything to make the pain go away.
