Another video shows a guy in a green long sleeved shirt with what does indeed look like a gun. He is in the front left of the guy in the white shirt doing hand signals. It shocked me but does look real.

Yep. My suspicions over these past 3 awful days first started with gray shirt (who's been on his security for a while), added white shirt yesterday, and today green shirt. Haven't seen any good videos of how they reacted after the shot, understandably, but that may be telling what side they're on.
