Why do people keep saying he was wearing armor? In the more clear photos and videos you can see an emptying of his nipples. I have several vest with and without plates, even the most concealable ones are very hard to not notice under a Tshirt like he was wearing. I have soft armor that is very concealable and mine also accept plates, under a button up shirt it’s easy to hide, under a normal Tshirt the outlines are pretty easy to see especially around the shoulder area and while sitting down. Plates don’t just “deflect” bullets up like that. Often times they cause the bullet to mushroom and drop down, not go up.
