Ballistic forensics would easily tell what type of bullet caused the damage.

FYI, yeah it was a neck shot/ricochet, but I've NEVER seen nor heard of a .22 cal doing that kind of damage. One in a million shot perhaps. Very doubious of this.....🤔😡
