How do you account for the angles. Your shooter's gun is on a horizonta line significnatly below Kirk and he would have to shoot in an upward fashion, even if we assume he is using technology to aim from under his armpit as he is not even looking Kirks way.
We would also have to assume the hole in neck is an exit wound, since the guy was on the other side of the wound, so where would the entry point be?
If you will share with me the research that led you to your certainty then perhaps I could see what you are seeing, because what I have have seen is the grainy vid with distorted angles and the far away view from which I took the screenshot posted earlier....
someone posted a YT video advertising a 2 shot .380 acp derringer that looks like a cell phone but folds open when needed. it looks identical to what the right hand is holding.

Install a sight aligned pin camera on the pistol and some smart glasses and you've got the perfect assassination weapon; it could be fired without looking directly at the target. Especially if triangulated with the other cell camera pointed at kirk by the guy behind.

Many don‘t understand that the see-eye-aaa has had a virtually undetectable “heart-attack gun” at their disposal since the 70’s at least. Yeah, in the video I linked you can see no muzzle flash when it is fired. And there is indeed a metric ton of masonic messaging in all the vids.
I've commented elsewhere I think there is a strong possibility that the Tyler kid was given blanks. He took the shot with intent to kill and probably thinks he made the kill shot but if this was a BH op there is no way they were leaving it up to chance. They would have made certain by taking the kill shot up closer.
There is also another video going around where you see what looks like a muzzle flash going off from behind and to the right of C. Kirk but from higher up and under the veranda of the building behind and to his right, which would make sense if the neck wound we see is actually an exit wound.
Who knows, all I know is nothing about this passes the smell test.
