After hours of research on these signals, IMHO I don't think Frank was involved. His movements look natural to me and his reaction seems sincere. He's at the end of this video after the shot:https://x.com/salomondrin/status/1966255182662218099

I'm glad he names the security who was in the SUV trying to save Charlie. Someone here posted a deep dive into his security team and named names - I'm going to try to connect these dots.
