Her signal is more about OPSEC than OPTICS. The purple belt says buckle up and matches her hat from earlier and POTUS' tie. The purple Chinaman hat pointed straight at SE Asia and complimented George Takei's purple dragon costume from his attention grabbing "unhinged rant" on the Charlie Kirk stuff.

Serious Anons would look into how a Vietnam era NSA cleanup called Purple Dragon morphed into the US OPSEC of today. There's a whole Chapter on Charlie.
