War on language

Just my shower thoughts. Why is the war on language only the English language?

Also, if the meaning of a word is changed and that word appears in a written law the law is changed without rewriting it.

Enhlish and legalese are both fictional languages. Look up common parse english grammar. This guy just wrote a book on this stuff. He came up with a block chainable mathmatically accurate language. Setnfornall record keeping of yiur own documents, patents, contracts etc.
