I've read that King Charles himself told Starmer to step down. Does anyone know how the system works that he has a no confidence vote in parliament and he still won't leave. I don't understand it.

He is also being investigated for graft. Unbelievable!

That happened in Australia in the 70s. I don't it has happened in England in recent memory.

A guy in Westminster I asked about it opined it could happen, but it would cause a ruckus akin to when they are screaming that there's "a constitutional crisis" in the US.
