WUT? Catch 22! Incandescent bulbs with pleasant light were banned. They could be disposed of in the trash. We were forced to buy the very ugly spiral fluorescent light bulbs with harsh light, that we cannot put in the trash but have to recycle responsibly, but community recycling won't take them!! God yes, these blue and purple headlights are absolutely blinding. Sure, you can see 3 miles down the road but I can't see anything in front of me!
