WUT? Catch 22! Incandescent bulbs with pleasant light were banned. They could be disposed of in the trash. We were forced to buy the very ugly spiral fluorescent light bulbs with harsh light, that we cannot put in the trash but have to recycle responsibly, but community recycling won't take them!! OH I HATED it when they mandated light bulbs and reduced flush toilets etc.!
