Pam Bondi was never going to prosecute anyone whether she's compromised, part of the Q plan, or a placeholder for someone else.

If she's part of the plan, Kash, Bongino, and Bondi are barriers against the DS and keeps Trump and the Q team insulated from DS intrusion.
