they seemed to have high IQs, so why couldn’t they be like South Korea? I believe their math and science skills are even higher than the Koreans if you look at the students who succeed academically.. they could have done so much for their country and get themselves out of 3rd world. Boy, they’re not even at war with anybody..lucky bunch..but they don’t see it.

The British Empire left them a perfectly functional country, they turned it into an open sewer in decades. Now they are doing the same in the UK and Canada.
This isn't surprising. When you compare the difference in population, you will see more 3 sigma Indians than Koreans. However, I work with many H1-Bs, and aside from being OK with being a 60 hour per week slave, a lot of them are nothing more than holding low to mid level jobs.
