I doubt a lot of everyone could answer 12 questions correctly. Have you met adults? The kids aren't dumb in a vacuum. Adults taught them or didn't, and adults taught them or didn't. And stupid ass motherfuckers taught them too. And past that, you had a fuck ton of illiterates runnimg around. They could fix the shit out of stuff and build bridges, but they weren't all versed in civics. Lol.
