Is anyone having weird muscle spasms lately?

I started having back spasms about a week ago, yesterday my husband and now my daughter but in her armpit and top of foot.

You should really investigate all aspects of the carnivore lifestyle. Fat is important for the brain and neurological issues.

Ty ive been off of that for about 4 months. Was incorporating fat into my diet when I was eating carnivore
