Is anyone having weird muscle spasms lately?

I started having back spasms about a week ago, yesterday my husband and now my daughter but in her armpit and top of foot.

The bigger question is how are you guys all suddenly getting these symptoms?…

Any possibility there's mold in your house? In the attic or some undetected leak somewhere?

My daughter doesnt live with us. Just thought it was odd that we were all experiencing this. Nothing has changed with diet, vitamins etc
