Indeed and I've said it several times for over a year here:
"When it happens, he'll be back and good as new in 3 days."
… And his enemies are going to positively lose their minds.

That is my (self given) mission here... to assure you all when that day comes.

Not on this "world line". If they travel back to save him, and then returned back home (our world line), it would not affect what happened here on this world line.
They would have saved "that Charlie" on that other world line."
The only way to bring Charlie Kirk back using time travel would be to travel backward in time and literally "steal him" from another world line.
The consequences of would be that "on some other world line" that "other" Charlie Kirk vanished and was never seen again… Because he was taken from (above) the other world line by a time traveler to bring to our world line.
I know it's a lot but it's easier to understand like this:
There are an infinite number of world lines.
An infinite number of universes.
An infinite number of "you's" and "me's"... all living distinct, separate, and (to varying degrees) parallel lives.
There's a world line where you called out sick to work last week.
A world line where you became a vegetarian.
A world line where you married a different person. Etc. etc.
John Titor went into extreme detail on how it works.
Someone said "Stephen Hawking would disagree with you as to the way you say your time machine works using microscopic black holes" to which JT replied: "yeah in a few years Stephen Hawking is going to publish an article changing his mind about black holes."
Guess what, in 2006-ish Stephen Hawking did that exact thing and changed his mind publicly in the exact way JT said he would.
If more people really dug down and read his original posts themselves, they would be absolutely astounded at how the pieces come together.
