Hello, any Canadians who see this post. Quebec City and Prince Edward's Island in Charlotte Town are beautiful. I was amazed at all the churches in these areas. There were church steeples everywhere. This area seems pretty unsettled about their Gov't and all the taxes they have to pay for. They said the Gov't calls it "Free" Healthcare. But with the taxes being paid on the purchase of hotels, gas, and wage income taxes, nothing about it is free. I asked what they think about becoming part of the United States. Pretty much everyone said they would be for it. The people I spoke to all talked about the freeloaders they are paying for. So even though the United States Taxpayer pays for the freeloaders, they would get more out of it by being part of the United States. They hate fuel being $6 a gallon.
Wait lists and outright denial of necessary procedures drive Canadian 'snowbirds' to Florida each year to pay cash for some healthcare. My wife is Canadian. Her sister had to bring her own diapers and formula to the hospital when the children were born. Free health care sure. But its crappy health care that Americans would never tolerate. (At least I would have said that a few short years ago, now ours sucks too thanks to the illegals.)

Bring "free" healthcare with you! May cost after all but not in the same degree it can here. I'll take better until perfect arrives.
