I keep hearing from Trump's administration that "everything is historic" but this year, food, rent, and gas has all gone up. My roommate (mom) is depressed and losing hope. To be short, we both share an apartment. I've been losing hope. I cannot find and stable jobs, nor can she, and the cost of living could literally put us out of this place. We've been praying to God to protect Trump so he could make america great and affordable again. Does anyone here have any solutions on how to survive in this damn economy?

Unfortunately some may have to move where the jobs are and out of depressed area’s.
How do you expect people currently struggling to pay rent to pay for a move? Honest question.
Fren, sorry you are that far down…. I really can’t offer much other than prayers and to turn it all over to GOD… 100 %. He won’t do it for you, but he will lead you to the path. Find work where you can and keep faith. One thing usually leads to another. Keep it positive! Get assistance where you can.. I always had safety valves in place to move forward before it got to a month to month point but I know God laid that path for me. I lost a job with a mortgage and a baby 5 month out. Best thing that ever happened. I never would have sought the job I wound up with 3 months later. Sold a few things including a car and frequent Ramon meals…. But we made it with faith.
It's called hard work and sacrifice. Get it together.
In other words, you have no clue.
hitch hike or buy the cheapest bus ticket to the nearest major city and walk around businesses looking for work, most restaurant will take people with no experience for basic prep, clearing tables, or dish washing, its hard work but it would pay for the hostel and living expenses for two, you would need less than a months rent savings and if you can both find work you can afford a basic apartment in a bad area
if you want to increase your odds learn some kind of skill that you can busk with, or take up a hobby that produces something salable, if you currently live in an area with access to wood and you have a knife of some kind you could be whittling all kinds of things that could potentially be sold at some point in the future to make you a few extra bucks
if you have access to woodland and trees look in to bodging, you could be making tables and chairs and selling them for thousands, you just have to find something about your area that could work, thats going to really depend on where you live
