They are terrorists & should not be permitted to set up “rest areas.” My understanding is that one must have a permit to obstruct roads or sidewalks with an event on specific days. If the city grants a permit, knowing that they are giving aid & comfort to terrorists, then city officials can be arrested as well. No city should grant a permit close to a Federal government immigration facility. Self entitlement doesn’t give anyone immunity from breaking US law, and interfering with the officers enforcing the immigration law is a violation of the law.
