You know it too, huh? I used to love it there. The west hills, and the Botanical Garden, the Zoo. You can hike for miles.
Most beautiful place I have seen is New Zealand. You don't want to be there now because of tyranny.
The Olympic Peninsula and Northern California are very similar to NZ and I love the whole area. Unfortunately, there are too many crazies and too much corruption.
Oh, you don't want to buy a home on the west of Olympic Peninsula, it's wet and dark 8 months out of a year. East, Sequim is better and the Lavender ice cream is to die for. LOL
The best strategy is to have a house in Texas for the winter, and one in Sequim for the summer.
