Trumps official account posted on truth social a deepfake video of his daughter in law lara trump (eriks wife) as a speaker on FOX news introducing Medbeds and a deepfaked Trump in the oval office talking about how all americans are going to be getting a medbed card.

People have speculated that

Trump's account was hacked
This is just a sunday shitpost
Trump is prepping people for Medbed or similar technology to be introduced
This is a trial ballon about the use of AI Deepfakes
The above, but with legislation also coming down the pike (or is it pipe?)
Trump hadn't had his coffee yet, and couldn't remember if he had talked about his medbeds or not
