This OP is a WELL ORCHESTRATED, WELL OILED MACHINE that needs to be in place for ANY & ALL CONTINGENCIES... Failure is NOT AN OPTION... The NG is going to be doing some VERY HEAVY LIFTING, and they have to have their eyeballs front and center and behind them also...
Right now there are intel assessments going on in ALL OF THESE CITIES and I daresay that the mapping is done or ALMOST DONE...the OCTOBER timeframe of when the shista hits the rotating oscillator is becoming more into view than some think!!!!!
