I said, back when that illegal trucker killed several people in a wreck in Texas, think it was several months ago, wondered at that time if this would be a problem in the future of truckers running people down, causing wrecks on a highway and taking out multiple vehicles using their semi as a weapon, basically terrorism but hadn't thought about the infrastructure angle.
