They mostly lost me a little before that with the yellow flags every ten seconds and unbelievably stupid rules. I remember Calvin Johnson (Lions) making a perfectly good touchdown but the official denied it because he didn't 'complete the process' or whatever but diving over the pylon at the edge of the end zone or 'breaking the plane' with the ball without ever setting so much as a pinky finger in the end zone was a touchdown.

The kneeling stuff cemented it for me though.
