So... Do I understand this graphic correctly? Someone took a snapshot of the White House clock ticking down -- and took a "snapshot" of that at whatever "time" they themselves chose -- and then they went looking for Q post numbers to "align" with those numbers? Have I got that right?
Thank you @Qanaut, I first thought that the screenshot was from the OP of a running clock. Now that I see the screenshot was exactly these numbers makes it so much better.
