Consider yourself a Watchman. Your job is to raise the alarm, lest you be guilty of negligence. Once you have raised the alarm and warned them, your job is done.

Now it's on them to save themselves. Focus on on seed you have strewn on fertile ground, not the rocky ground. Be a farmer of men and follow farming principles.
