Paul wrote that he does not permit a woman to be in authority over a man. That’s why women cannot lead the general service where both men and women attend. Go back to Genesis and read how God defines the roles of husband and wife. They are ROLES to be carried out. In Christ there is neither man nor woman but all are equal, with different roles.
Yes husband and wife nothing to do with roles in the church. Does not the Holy Spirit give gifts as He sees fit? Who died for you Jesus or Paul. The church acts like it was Paul. In the continuation of his polemic Paul says women are saved through childbirth and only then if then perform certain deeds. Jesus said whosoever believes in Me shall have eternal life ie salvation. So is Jesus right or Paul who makes a womans salvation a work?
Read the qualifications for Elders-the husband of one wife. Elders are required to teach. All Pastors are Elders as well. All Scripture is from God given through men. 2 Timothy 3:16 NKJV

As was Paul just called a Pharisee of whom Jesus complained due to their works to righteousness and many other things they taught incorrectly!
