OK, I'm not well-versed in avoiding arrest and capture, but isn't it oddly convenient to wear a harness for law enforcement to hold one? Going out to fight the law, wouldn't the smart insurrectionist dress for the occasion? I would think a hooded dark unitard with a liberal application of WD-40 brand spray silicone would be the thing to wear.
