His segment on Gaza was most considerate, and reminded me of how the end of the crusades were handled (And how Jerusalem was carved into quarters. I mean it. This plan will carve a dozen quarters, all controlled by various powerful entities.)
I hope this momentum builds some more. God bless him.
Did I mention my vision of millions walking into Gaza from the Jordanian border - to build Gaza. He said Qatar was instrumental in brokering the peace, which I believe, because Qatar is the Jones generation of the various oil-producers. They literally grew up in that era. Jones gen people are excellent, if not slightly cynical, but pragmatic negotiators. In this day and age, that's exactly what is needed.
Also, Trump mentioned Lula, who he fleetingly met. Understand that the silent generation can do this: They meet someone, and know all about him in two minutes. It's a skill, bred into them. It's baden-powell stuff - they read people's shoes, appearance, body language, and the text that they speak, all in the one download - some also add numbers as they go,
in any case: re Lula - this man was one of the OG BRICS members. Very important.
I agree! This is Biblical! God bless POTUS! β¨βοΈπ
POTUS Approved Ambler Road Project in Alaska
President Donald Trump signed an executive order on October 6, 2025, approving the 211-mile Ambler Access Road to reach critical minerals in Alaska's Ambler Mining District, reversing a Biden administration halt. Interior Secretary Doug Burgum joined the announcement, stressing its role in U.S. energy security and revenue from copper, cobalt, and other resources for technology and defense. While mining companies and some tribes support the project for economic benefits, environmental groups oppose it due to threats to caribou habitats and Arctic ecosystems.
If done properly, roads can add to the environment, not only by including some landscaping - with native shrubs, swales, ponds, even, and land-covered bridges as wildlife corridors. But of course.
Also, the 'endangering the environment" argument falls down, simply on the theory that people who are economically doing well, can look after their environment better. There is actually a critical average income one can pin that to. If people are scratching for survival, they will chop down anything and kill anything, and they will dump rubbish anywhere, and shit anywhere.
Ultimately, the Roman way is how that works. Build Infrastructure, economy will follow. Measure that. (Oh and keep your troops trained, and your accountants alert).
Roads, and pipelines also have their own ecosystem: For example: Birds of carrion - that is, harriers, and hybrid birds of prey/carrion etc., hang around to get the road-kill. They also hunt for mice etc. So, it reduces the rat problem in roadside plantings. People like seeing the odd Hawk when they travel, as well.
Furthermore, oil and gas pipelines need to be heated to keep running, so those pipes become places of congregation for herds, to keep warm. Read that again: the free heat actually helps Caribou to survive.
Yeah thanks for that, I just missed that: I heard him talking about a road that would change lives, essentially. I was wondering if it was in the Darien gap. But this makes sense, given that Russia (on the other side of Alaska - yes USA shares a border with Russia.) is a hyperpower.
Also theme song for this thread:
Here is the John Wayne Hollywood - same soundtrack but with spoilers rendition https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RO6IU9RpjS8
I loved that movie! Fabien! π»
We need that road open for Energy, the Tribes and rare earth minerals.
I wonder if there will be a bridge or a tunnel.
hmm trump just inferred that he hasn't been following Ghislaine maxwell's case
OPTICS.
"Pritzker is scared for his life."
At 15:20, Potus says that Portland is an insurrection. There's that word again out of his mouth.
Thanks mod frens! π«‘
