I'm not good at finding comms but if this is a comm, could it pertain to England itself & what's happening there? If you look at everything mentioned:
We know what a black swan represents, a cygnet event is a volatile event that is largely foreseeable. Reggie means ruling with power or advisor to the ruler. A terminator is someone who has come to "terminate". 60 represents the last major phase or, biblically - the last major phase of life. Cyril means lord or master and, comms wise, 45 is Trump. Dawlish = devil's water (fearful place)
So, could we be looking at Trump, not only saving us or has saved us from a black swan event while he was #45, and could he now be helping to remove a person with power who brought someone in to destroy England and that plan has just entered its last phase. Will this person with power & the terminator be sent to a fearful place?
Idk, but I watched a vid once where a man took the most important names in the bible and showed how they told the biblical story so I tried to look at it in that manner. I'm sure others have a better grasp. Regardless, I hope we're in the "60"!
