Okay, former Electronic Warfare Operator here, that is a channelized signal...NOT an ECHO! 55.240Mhz in the VHF range is an incredibly common frequency for everything from TV's to various communications equipment, even flipping walky talky's. You see the solid middle line, that is the carrier frequency, the side bars that are less pronounced are the channelized signals, basically what is conveying the information, video, sound, digital shit whatever the transmission is sending. THIS IS NOT, IN ANYWAY, a radio reflection of an alien space craft. Homie has VERY clearly picked up a terrestrial signal likely due to atmospherics. Also, google Sporadic - E, a little less likely given the structure of the signal but it too can play weird games with a bullshit VHF receiver put together by a hobby group in the US and Canada that is designed to gobble up every signal near the 55.24 mark.
I have another concern. Many years ago there was an article in a magazine like Scientific American that talked about a thing that was coming. The scientists said they could see it with their telescopes and that they were glad they would not be alive when it happened. The 'thing' (a large object) was coming and they suggested it was going to wreak havoc with earth and the other planets as it came by. They surmised (if I'm recalling properly) that it would be dragging all kinds of meteors and things with it that would pummel each planet it passed by, and thought it would cause tidal waves and earthquakes.
This was back in the 1960s or 1970s and I seem to recall the 'due date' was expected in about 2020 or thereabouts. I've often wondered why all the world's governments have been secretly building and outfitting these D.U.M.B. facilities, if not for their foreknowledge of a catastrophe that was coming in the future.
Also, all the very wealthy are doing the same, or they are buying land in New Zealand, etc., which has been determined to be a 'Safe Zone'.
do you think this is something they used to make millionaires buy bunkers real estate, like the climate change scam? They always come u with ways to make the millionaires open their wallets
And also, remember that video taken covertly by an military guy when Obama was President (circa 2011) who was sitting in a classroom with other guys and their young black instructor was standing at a dry erase board trying to illustrate what the 3 kinds of Aliens looked like that they were being trained to fight.

I wish. But my gut feeling is no. I think it is a case of 'Those who can, do.'
Also, those involved in the Deep State/Obscene Income Levels/Influence Levels are given 'Insider information' that others are not privy to.
If I had the money right now? I'd definitely have a whole bunker/SHTF scenario set up. You betcha!
